Genshin Impact Tighnari DPS Build
Tighnari benefits a lot from Elemental Mastery, as one of his talents, Scholarly Blade, increases the damage of his Elemental Burst and Charged Attack by 0.05% for every point of EM he has, for a maximum bonus of 50%.

Aside from this, you might want to look into Tighnari's ability to trigger Dendro reactions with his charged attack and elemental skill. With a high amount of Elemental Mastery, any amount of elemental reactions will help him deal more damage.
For Talent levels, his Normal Attack takes the highest priority, then his Elemental Burst, and lastly, his elemental skill.
Best Genshin Tighnari Team Composition
Tighnari wants to trigger elemental reactions. His high elemental mastery is going to make this pretty evident, so if that's the case, why not take advantage of it? Since Tighnari will want to be the character that deals a truck-load of damage with his skills and charged attack, he's going to be the main DPS of the team.
So, who can enable this? For Tighnari, it seems that the best way for him to do more damage is to utilize Aggravate/Spread reactions. For this to happen, we want an Electro Sub-DPS.

A sample team composition that takes advantage of these reactions (Catalyze, Aggravate, and Spread) is:
- Fischl/Yae Miko
- Tighnari
- Sucrose
- Dori
As Sub-DPSes, Fischl and Yae Miko perform the same role: you want them to drop their elemental skills on the battlefield and switch them out so that Tighnari can deal damage and trigger Catalyze reactions. Sucrose is also a great pick as another Sub DPS as she increases the Elemental Mastery of the characters in the team when she triggers Swirl; this is a great way to boost Tighnari's Elemental Mastery. Dori as a healer can be replaced by any other support, however, she also has her merits - namely her lamp which can regenerate energy to whoever it's connected to.
Best Genshin Tighnari Weapons
Tighnari wants to deal as much damage as he can in one go. However, like Ganyu, he's going to utilize a lot of charged attacks in his repertoire of damage aside from his Elemental Burst. Because of this, he benefits from weapons that increase his damage, Elemental Mastery, or Elemental Burst/Skill damage.

Of course, the best bow for Tighnari will be the bow that he released with, the Hunter's Path. It basically gives him everything he needs to keep going. But, since not everyone will be able to obtain it, there are also other suggestions on the table with Windblume Ode a promising 4-star substitute to the Hunter's Path.
Best Genshin Tighnari Artifacts
The artifact sets introduced in patch 3.0 are both good for Tighnari. Deepwood Memories is a good artifact set that gives him flat Dendro DMG and gives the opponents Dendro RES Shred. While another set, Gilded Dreams, is more reliant on your team composition.
