Lauren Goodgerworries herdaughter, Larose will catch her 'worst ever' virus as the former TOWIE star discussed her health issues on Sunday.
The TV personality , 37, took to her Instagram Stories to share that she has been trying to recover from norovirus.
Sharing a photo while sitting in the car with her daughter, two, Lauren revealed she that is now 'wiped out' and hurting all over after suffering from the bug the entire weekend.
Now, after feeling a little more like her usual self, Lauren admits she's concerned about passing it on to her toddler.
She wrote: 'Norovirus lasted Friday night - Saturday night and honestly was the worst thing ever when you got a toddler also.. I'm so wiped out and my back muscles I hurting from all the straining & we got up and out today..

'I was so greatful to feel normal.. just tired.. fingers crossed baby girl doesn't get it but I don't see how she won't when she was on top me the whole time being so unwell.
Just want to say all the horror stories people sent me like my grandkids had itfor 5 days and was in hospital or been bed bound for 8 days and this and that happened or been so sick for 3 weeks and rushed to hospital..
'I'm so sorry to anyone that's been though something like that and I hope everyone better but honestly was horrible to read when I was so poorly! !

Lauren continued to express concern, writing in another post, as reported by OK! magazine: 'Now just waiting for my three-year-old to catch it. This going to be the hardest part, when she is unwell my anxiety is sky-high. Hate seeing my baby unwell, especially when on own.'
Her latest virus comes just days after Lauren revealed she was suffering from the 'most painful' health battle as she shared an update with her fans last week.
Lauren took to Instagram where she told how she's been struggling with an agonising hernia that left her with a swollen belly, with Lauren desperate for things to return 'back to normal'.
Uploading an image of her sore-looking stomach, Lauren shared: 'My hernia. I look and feel nine months pregnant honestly the most painful thing ever!

'I'm so swollen and this belly button is literally inside out the red ring it's burning hot on skin!
'Praying it clears goes back to normal when the antibiotics kick in.'
Lauren had initially shared a statement with her followers in which she apologised for being slow with responses due to her health condition.
She then explained how during her 'traumatic labour' with late daughter Lorena in July 2022, she developed a small hernia, with medics informing her it was nothing 'to worry about' and didn't need surgery.
But Lauren revealed that two days ago she woke up to 'pain and swelling' which eventually grew worse, leaving her in agony and 'a lot of discomfort'.
After vising the doctors, Lauren told how the swelling has now become infected leading to 'a few other issues', with the TV star currently on antibiotics and hoping hoping surgery is not needed.
In a second slide on her Instagram stories, Lauren added that she's now on a 'major health kick' in a bid to aid her recovery, with the mum insisting she wants to avoid having surgery as she fears it would be difficult to juggle her daughter Larose amid the two week recovery time.
She continued to stay that she will recommence her fitness training once here hernia clears up and will be embarking on a strict diet for health reasons.
She concluded: 'I really want [to] clear up this infection and get back to life. Right now I'm scared and in pain and just keeping an eye on signs that can be dangerous.'
Hernias are very common and occur when part of an organ becomes displaced and pushes through the structures that contain it, creating a bulge through the skin.

In women, we often see paraumbilical hernias — or 'belly button hernias' — which occur just above the navel and are usually due to a natural weakening of the abdominal wall after the muscles of the abdomen have been stretched in pregnancy. Also common are incisional hernias, at a site of previous surgery.
It comes as earlier this week, Lauren shared a gym update with her Instagram followers after taking three and a half weeks away from her fitness regime because of the health scare, which was undisclosed at the time.
The beauty shared a mirror selfie and revealed her first day back at the gym had left her feeling 'strong'.
Lauren sported a baggy black T-shirt and loosely fitting white shorts as summer temperatures soared across the United Kingdom.
The TV personality tied her hair in a loose ponytail and went makeup-free following her first workout in almost a month.

'Had a little health scare I've been training got 2.5 months most days and then went to 0 due to life stress and other distractions and also it's 6 weeks holidays!'

WHAT IS A HERNIA?
A hernia is a common problem that occurs when an internal part of the body pushes though a weakness in the muscle or surrounding tissue wall.
It can develop between your chest and your hips and causes a swelling or a lump in your abdomen or groin and in many cases surgery is required.
You should see a GP if you think you have a hernia.
If you develop the following symptoms you should go to A&E:
- Sudden, severe pain
- Being sick
- Difficulty pooing or passing wind
- The hernia becomes firm or tender, or cannot be pushed back in
These symptoms could mean that either:
- The blood supply to a section of organ or tissue trapped in the hernia has become cut off (strangulation)
- A piece of bowel has entered the hernia and become blocked (obstruction)
A strangulated hernia and obstructed bowel are medical emergencies and need to be treated as soon as possible.
